This barn is the Peter Gies Barn, it was built in 1895 and was one of the few true Michigan sentential barns. This means it was farmed by the same family for 100 + years. this barn was located in Linwood Michigan and served the community for years as a Goat and Pig farm with agriculture growing corn and wheat.
